Food businesses move cold product most days, often to many addresses. A scheduled run at a fixed hour, or several drops on one vehicle, is the cheapest way to do it per drop, and it is the reason most of our customers stay.
When an inspector or a client asks whether the cold chain held, a signed delivery note is not an answer. The Frimas temperature record shows the required range, transit time and any excursion for each job, and it lives in your account.

Scheduled runs
A fixed vehicle at a fixed hour. Book by 18:00 for the next morning.
Multi drop
Several deliveries on one vehicle, with each extra stop at a published rate.
Contract rates
Move something most days? Regular runs are priced lower than one-off jobs.
Published prices
The same rates the booking charges. VAT at 5% is shown on the quote, and nothing is added afterwards.

Questions
Do you offer contract rates?
Yes. Regular runs get contract rates and a fixed vehicle at a fixed hour. Tell us roughly what you move and we will come back with a number.
Do you own the vehicles?
No. We operate through a fleet partner, which is how we can give you capacity without charging you for a van you only need three times a month.
Can chilled and frozen go on the same run?
Not in the same compartment. Book them as separate jobs, or ask about a multi compartment vehicle, which we can arrange with notice.
How do I pay?
Online payment is not connected yet. After you book, our team contacts you to arrange payment. Monthly account terms are available once you are running regular volume with us.
