WHO WE ARE
A cold chain operator built around proof, not just a van
Frimas is a French word for hoarfrost — the frost that forms overnight and is gone by morning. It carries the idea of cold without needing a snowflake icon to say so, and it reads as a company name rather than a service category, which matters once monitoring and reporting are the actual product.
We operate in the UAE, moving chiller and frozen goods for the businesses that cannot afford to guess whether their cold chain held: cloud kitchens, meal plan companies, caterers, restaurants and hotels, food distributors, and pharmacies where the product does not need a licensed pharmaceutical carrier.
WHAT WE DO
Chiller and frozen delivery, booked online, in one to four tonne vehicles
Chiller delivery
Fresh produce, dairy, prepared meals, flowers and pharmacy stock. The vehicle is pre-cooled before loading and held through every stop.
Frozen delivery
Meat, seafood, ice cream and frozen ready meals, with a longer pull-down before loading than chiller work needs.
On demand
A cold vehicle today, for when something has gone wrong. Priced as emergency cover, because that is what it is.
Scheduled and multi drop
A fixed run at a fixed hour, or several drops on one vehicle — the cheapest way to move something most days.
Dubai and Sharjah today. Abu Dhabi and Al Ain need additional permits and driver certification we have not completed yet, so we do not quote for them until that is in place — see the FAQ on the homepage.

Reliability
A vehicle that can actually hold your required temperature and a driver who has run cold work before — matched before the van moves, not discovered after.
Visibility
The current status of every job, step by step, from acceptance to proof of delivery. If a job runs late, you hear the reason from us first. Live vehicle location is added once GPS trackers are fitted.
Honesty when it matters most
If temperature goes out of range, the record shows exactly when and for how long. We report it, we do not smooth it over.
TECHNOLOGY
Booking, tracking and temperature evidence, without a phone call
- Online booking. Pickup, delivery, cargo and required temperature, with the price on screen before you commit.
- Tracking. Every booking has its own tracking page with its current status and history.
- Temperature record. The required range, transit time and proof of delivery on every job. Recorded temperatures and door openings are added once loggers and door sensors are fitted.
- Ask Frimas. Price a delivery or find one of your bookings in plain words, when a form is slower than just asking.

FLEET
Capacity from a fleet partner, evidence that is always ours
We do not own the vehicles. We operate through a fleet partner with over eighty vehicles, which is how we give you capacity without charging you for a van you only need three times a month. Vehicles run under our fleet partner's own food transport permits; permit and certification references are printed on every temperature record once issued.
The temperature loggers will be ours, and they travel with your cargo — so the record never depends on whose van showed up.
OUR APPROACH
What we optimise for, in order
- Temperature integrity — the vehicle and driver assigned can actually hold the range you booked.
- Visibility — you should never have to ask where a job is or whether it is still in range.
- Convenience — booking, tracking and the record all live in one account, not three tools.
- Honest reporting — an excursion gets reported with the record, immediately, not discovered later by the customer.
