Four ways to move something that must not warm up
Chiller delivery
Fresh produce, dairy, prepared meals, flowers and pharmacy stock. Vehicle pre-cooled before loading, held through every stop.
Frozen delivery
Meat, seafood, ice cream and frozen ready meals. Longer pull-down before loading, so book frozen a little earlier.
On demand
Something went wrong and you need a cold vehicle today. Priced higher because it is emergency cover, and it is there.
Scheduled and multi drop
A fixed run at a fixed hour, or several drops on one vehicle. Cheapest per drop and the reason most customers stay.
Who we carry for
Cloud kitchens, meal plan companies, caterers, restaurants and hotels, food distributors, specialty producers, and pharmacies where the product does not need a licensed pharmaceutical carrier.
What we do not do yet
Licensed pharmaceutical distribution, cross border freight, and cold storage. If you need those, we will say so rather than take the job.
Compliance
Vehicles operate under the food transport permits held by our fleet partner. Permit and certification references are printed on every temperature record once issued.
HOW IT WORKS
Six steps, and you see all of them
Book
Pickup, delivery, what you are moving and the temperature it needs. Price is on screen before you commit, with the waiting and extra stop rates shown.
Match
We assign a vehicle that can actually hold your temperature and a driver who has run cold work before. You get both names before the van moves.
Track
Live location, current status and a realistic arrival time. If the van is late you hear it from us first, with the reason.
Monitor
Cargo temperature through the whole journey, against the range you asked for. Every door opening is marked, because that is what usually causes a problem.
Deliver
Signature, photo and time captured at the door. Anything that went wrong is written down, not smoothed over.
Report
A temperature record and proof of delivery in your account within minutes. File it for your audit or send it to whoever is asking questions.
THE RECORD
The document is the product
Everyone in this market will drive your cargo across town. What almost nobody gives you is evidence afterwards. A signed delivery note proves the box arrived. It does not prove the box was cold.
Every Frimas job produces a temperature record: the required range, what was actually recorded, how long it was in transit, how many times the door opened, and any excursion with its duration. It goes out automatically, on good days and bad ones.

We do not own the vehicles — we operate through a fleet partner with over eighty vehicles — but the temperature loggers and the record on every job are always ours.

Published, not quoted by WhatsApp two hours later
The price you see at booking is the price on the invoice, unless something changes on the day. The two things that usually change are waiting time and extra stops, so both rates are printed here rather than hidden.

Up to 1,000 kg. Chiller or frozen.

Frozen adds 25 percent, because the vehicle takes an hour to pull down instead of thirty minutes and burns more fuel holding it. Pickups before 06:00 or after 20:00 add 20 percent. VAT at 5 percent on everything. Contract rates for regular runs are lower, so talk to us if you move something most days.
QUESTIONS
The things people ask before the first job
How far ahead do I need to book?
Book by 18:00 for a next morning slot and you get the scheduled rate. Same day is possible and priced higher, because it means pulling a vehicle off something else.
Do you own the vehicles?
No. We operate through a fleet partner with over eighty vehicles, which is how we can give you capacity without charging you for a van you only need three times a month. The temperature loggers are ours and travel with your cargo, so the record does not depend on whose van it is.
What happens if the temperature goes out of range?
You hear it from us, not from your customer. The record shows exactly when it happened, for how long, and where the vehicle was. We tell you what we think caused it. Our service commitment for excursions is being finalised and will be published before it is offered.
Can you carry chilled and frozen on the same run?
Not in the same compartment. Book them as separate jobs, or ask about a multi compartment vehicle, which we can arrange with notice.
Do you deliver to Abu Dhabi?
Dubai and Sharjah today. Abu Dhabi and Al Ain need additional permits and driver certification, and we will not quote for them until those are in place.
Can I pay on account?
Card at booking to start. Monthly account terms are available once you are running regular volume with us.
