Chilled cargo is the easiest to get wrong: it looks fine on arrival even when it spent twenty minutes too warm on the way. Every Frimas chiller job is booked against the temperature range your product needs, and the vehicle is pre-cooled before loading and held in range through every stop.
You see the price before you commit, using the same published rates the booking charges. After delivery you get proof of delivery and a temperature record, so a food safety audit or a customer complaint has evidence behind the answer.

Vehicle pre-cooled
A 1 or 4 tonne refrigerated vehicle that can hold your range is assigned and cooled before it reaches you.
Delivered with a record
Signature, photo and time at the door, then the proof of delivery and temperature record in your account.

The same rates the booking charges. VAT at 5% is shown on the quote, and nothing is added afterwards.

Questions
How far ahead do I need to book?
Book by 18:00 for a next morning slot at the scheduled rate. Same day is possible and priced higher, because it means pulling a vehicle off something else.
Which vehicle do I need?
A 1 tonne van for up to 1,000 kg and a 4 tonne truck for up to 4,000 kg. Both run chiller or frozen.
Can chilled and frozen go on the same run?
Not in the same compartment. Book them as separate jobs, or ask about a multi compartment vehicle, which we can arrange with notice.
How do I pay?
Online payment is not connected yet. After you book, our team contacts you to arrange payment. Monthly account terms are available once you are running regular volume with us.
